Key Responsibilities

•Lead delivery teams comprising Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists to deploy AI agents in enterprise environments.
•Set engineering standards and drive production readiness, velocity, and quality across portfolios.
•Partner with Product and Engineering to influence pilot programs, collect field insights, and translate them into core roadmap features.
•Scale talent by recruiting, mentoring, and developing technical and strategic builders across engagements.
•Maintain executive-level relationships with customers, ensuring adoption, value realization, and renewal of Agentforce deployments.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in technical leadership or management of cross-functional engineering teams
•Hands-on experience with AI/LLM deployment, data pipelines, and enterprise software implementations
•Strong architectural judgment across AI systems, data platforms, and integrations
