Job Summary

Lead IT Operations across the APAC region, delivering IT services and SLA performance while serving as a strategic partner to business leaders. Own regional IT strategy and align infrastructure, service management, end-user computing, cybersecurity, legacy applications, and vendor management with business priorities. Manage and develop IT operations leaders and teams, drive continuous process improvement and cost reduction, and act as the escalation point for critical incidents and customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver IT services and SLA performance across the APAC region, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient operation of infrastructure, service management, end-user computing, cybersecurity, and legacy applications.
•Lead regional IT strategy and align technology initiatives with business priorities, growth plans, and corporate objectives.
•Manage IT operations teams and develop talent through day-to-day management and technical leadership; oversee program execution and operational excellence.
•Serve as escalation point for critical/urgent incidents and provide leadership on internal customer feedback regarding IT services.
•Maintain governance through written project plans, operational procedures, and documentation; drive vendor management, continuous process improvement, and KPI reporting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a technology field (or equivalent experience/studies); master’s degree is a plus.
•15+ years of IT experience with supervisory, project management, consulting, and business process reengineering experience, preferably in manufacturing; 8+ years in a management position.
•Proven track record of process standardization, adoption of best practices, service measurement, and customer satisfaction monitoring.
•Sound knowledge and practical experience leading diverse teams and managing third-party vendors.
•Experience supporting ERP and MES applications, Windows Active Directory/Group Policy, networking infrastructure, disaster recovery testing, and cloud-based applications (including Office 365 and Microsoft Azure).
