Job Summary

Drive development of Estimate at Completion (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) deliverables, providing financial insight to program leadership. Report Earned Value (EV) and perform EV analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions. Own cost, schedule, and financial reporting activities, including funding analysis, tracking, forecasting, and reporting. Prepare ad-hoc analyses for accurate reporting and early issue warning. Partner with Program Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive cost performance and governance for programs by delivering EAC and LRE updates with clear financial insight
•Lead EV analysis to monitor budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions and communicate findings to leadership
•Manage cost, schedule, and financial reporting activities including funding analysis, tracking, forecasting, and reporting
•Prepare ad-hoc analyses to support accurate reporting and early warning of issues
•Collaborate with Program Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and data integrity

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (or advanced degree with less than 2 years of applicable experience)
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
•Understanding of Earned Value (EV) & Estimates at Completion (EAC)
•Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance (with SSBI) and ability to obtain Special Access
•U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
