Key Responsibilities

•Assist in preparing operational projects for the section and provide consultations to ensure alignment with the department’s strategic plans.
•Prepare HR satisfaction and performance management policies, procedures, and work models and ensure they match relevant HR law requirements and updates.
•Develop proposals and studies to increase workplace attractiveness, improve employee satisfaction, and enhance performance levels.
•Develop promotion-related policies and procedures, and policies for paying performance incentives and bonuses in line with applicable government regulations.
•Measure employee happiness indicators, run and analyze surveys, and advise on annual employee performance plan preparation and execution outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 20,001 - 30,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree; requires 3 years of experience in HR management or equivalent.
•Bachelor’s degree; requires 5 years of experience in HR management or equivalent.
•Diploma; requires 11 years of experience in HR management or equivalent.
•Experience preparing HR-related policies, procedures, and performance management materials aligned with Dubai government HR laws.
•Ability to analyze employee satisfaction survey results and provide recommendations to improve job satisfaction.
