Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform high reliability soldering of wires on complex mechanical and/or electrical assemblies with aerospace cleanliness requirements.
  • •Conduct detailed soldering operations under a microscope as required.
  • •Execute manufacturing processes on complex assemblies following written instructions.
  • •Verify calibrated equipment, material expiration dates, and written instructions are current and accurate prior to use in production; maintain component traceability.
  • •Partner with Engineering to identify process improvement opportunities and ensure Environmental, Health, and Safety standards are met.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 2 years Aerospace manufacturing or military experience, or 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
  • •Minimum 1 year of previous soldering experience.
  • •Ability to communicate problems in product or quality to a supervisor or manager clearly and concisely.
  • •U.S. person eligibility as required for ITAR-controlled information or access to hardware.
