Provide fast, professional after-sales support for imaging ultrasound products, including installation, maintenance, repairs, and on-site upgrades. Execute effective repair actions and manage customer communication to maintain satisfaction. Partner with sales and after-sales teams to support pre-/post-sales growth, meet KPI targets, and deliver accurate work orders and reports while maintaining surrounding-region coverage. Complete required training and accept new skills and travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide rapid, professional after-sales service to customers, including installation, maintenance, repairs, and on-site upgrades.
•Perform timely and effective repairs and maintain good customer communication to sustain customer satisfaction.
•Coordinate closely with sales and after-sales business teams to promote imaging pre-/post-sales development.
•Meet and be evaluated against relevant KPI targets.
•Service and support neighboring regions’ Philips ultrasound product maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and provide accurate work orders and reports.
