•Lead multiple cross-functional programs in collaboration with product, engineering, design, and data science to deliver technical solutions.

•Decompose requirements into technical execution plans with measurable milestones; optimize scope and schedule.
•Manage cross-functional dependencies and proactively manage risks throughout program delivery.
•Craft clear progress updates and report status toward goals to stakeholders and leadership.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of technical program management experience.
•Deep understanding of reporting systems, including delivering scalable advertiser-facing applications and external/internal APIs.
•Experience driving MRC readiness or audits processes.
•Proven experience leading large-scale technical programs and building long-term scalable solutions.
•Strong ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality results under tight timelines.
