Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead small Salesforce development teams and report progress to stakeholders
  • •Architect and implement Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  • •Design data architectures and decompose pre-existing data architectures for integration with neighboring systems
  • •Develop with LWC, Flows, Apex, Triggers, and manage configuration (Security Profiles, App/Lightning Page Management)
  • •Oversee release management and DevOps processes using tools like ANT, Change Sets, Flossum, and potentially Azure DevOps/Gearset

Key Requirements

  • •Close to 10 years of overall Salesforce development experience
  • •Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Clouds (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud); exposure to Automotive Cloud and Financial Services Cloud is a plus
  • •Extensive knowledge of Omnichannel implementations in Salesforce
  • •Development experience with LWC, Flows, Apex, Triggers, Salesforce CLI tools, Lightning Web Components, and configuration (Object Management, Security Profiles, App/Lightning Page Management)
