Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized luxury retail experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, cross-selling, and clienteling, while meeting personal and store sales goals and KPIs. Use mobile POS and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and drive repeat purchases, and support daily store operations, inventory cycles, and asset protection.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach style and service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, fashion advice, and product expertise.
•Drive sales with cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations, and personal sales plan execution against KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations, including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transaction processing, and asset protection procedures.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Ability to work fast-paced and perform physical duties, including lifting up to 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom.
•Luxury retail background plus social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).
