Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience programming in Java.
  • •Deep knowledge of Java concurrency, including the Java Memory Model and/or other concurrency models.
  • •Excellent Java SE knowledge, including IO and JVM internals.
  • •Experience with SQL databases and troubleshooting Java applications and/or databases.
  • •Strong distributed-systems background, including knowledge of MVCC and performance/consistency concepts (e.g., Snapshot Isolation vs REPEATABLE READ), plus leadership/problem-solving skills.
