Job Summary

Senior Client Service Advisor responsible for servicing financial lines clients within a pro-active broking environment. Manage a portfolio, handle renewals, mid-term alterations, and client/carrier queries; support claims; review policy wordings; build strong relationships with clients and underwriters; ensure compliance and delivery of excellent service in a hybrid Dublin-based team.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage a portfolio of Financial Lines Clients within a busy pro-active broking environment
•Oversee renewals from start to finish, assist with mid-term alterations, and handle day-to-day client and carrier queries
•Vet insurance and supporting documentation against defined requirements and standards for Stakeholders
•Provide support to the claims team in handling insurance claims and collaborate with colleagues across Financial Lines products
•Review policy wordings and build strong relationships with clients, underwriters and colleagues to deliver excellent market service

Key Requirements

•Ideally a few years of broking experience in financial lines
•Working towards CIP qualification with aim to progress to ACII/MDI
•Meet Central Bank Fitness & Probity standards and maintain CPD hours
•Desire to broaden knowledge across Financial Lines and other general insurance products
•Excellent communication with clients, insurers and colleagues; strong organisational and administrative skills
