Job Summary

Support planning, coordination, and execution of software releases across Dev, Test, Pre-Prod, Hotfix, DR, and Production. Own the release calendar, code-freeze enforcement, run books, cutover and rollback plans, and ensure environment readiness. Coordinate bookings and change requests, represent releases at CAB, drive approvals/sign-off, and maintain release documentation, notes, and audit trails. Work with DevOps, QA, security, and infrastructure stakeholders.

•Coordinate end-to-end release process from intake and scheduling through deployment and post-release validation.
•Maintain release calendar and enforce code-freeze windows; manage branching strategy and release versioning.
•Prepare release run books, cutover and rollback plans, and ensure environment readiness before deployments proceed.
•Track configuration, data, and access dependencies; raise and progress change requests via change management.
•Represent releases at CAB, secure formal sign-offs, communicate release status/risks/timelines, and maintain release documentation and audit trails.

Key Requirements

•3-4 years of experience in release management.
•Experience coordinating delivery with DevOps, QA, and cross-team collaboration.
•Familiarity with change management frameworks and the CAB process.
•Exposure to Apigee, WAF, firewall token, and load balancing is an added advantage.
