  • •Drive enterprise modernization initiatives such as automation and digital-first support to improve productivity and user experience.
  • •Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, CSAT, and experience metrics to ensure consistent global service delivery excellence.
  • •Provide executive-level reporting and risk insights, acting as the senior escalation point for high-visibility or business-critical issues.
