Job Summary

Lead daily manufacturing operations on 4th shift at the Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico site. Supervise and coach production employees, manage shop-floor workforce planning and production flow, and coordinate schedules to meet customer commitments. Track manufacturing metrics, address quality and productivity gaps, and drive corrective actions. Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance while supporting safety, continuous improvement, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise daily manufacturing operations, including shop-floor activities, workforce management, and production flow to meet safety, quality, and delivery objectives.
•Lead and coach production employees by assigning work, setting priorities, monitoring performance, and fostering development.
•Coordinate production schedules, staffing, and workflow to maximize operational efficiency and meet customer commitments.
•Monitor production metrics, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
•Ensure compliance with quality standards, support audits, and drive corrective and preventive actions while partnering cross-functionally to resolve production and material issues.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience, plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in technical or operational practices.
•Supervise/communicate effectively in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
•U.S. citizenship is required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
•Provide prior experience supporting manufacturing operations, such as workforce scheduling, production planning, and shop-floor management (preferred).
•Knowledge of continuous improvement methods like Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (preferred).
