Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct and continually improve classroom learning experiences for Team Members.
  • •Ensure new Team Member documentation is completed timely and submitted correctly.
  • •Facilitate training courses (including code of conduct, animal well-being, lockout/tagout, and forklift training support).
  • •Assist with acclimating new Team Members and the qualification process; act as backup for the Hiring team.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of professional experience required.
  • •High school graduate or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • •Must be able to speak, read and write English to effectively communicate policies during orientation.
  • •Previous training and facilitation experience preferred; comfortable presenting training to large groups.
  • •Computer skills with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; strong organizational skills.
