Lead Product Analyst - FinCrime

Build fincrime analytics that balance risk, friction, and operational cost across customer onboarding and lifecycle. Embedded within a product team, you’ll size opportunities, evaluate control changes, and run operational experiments. You’ll develop scalable data models, work with engineers to instrument systems end to end, and maintain source-of-truth datasets and decision-ready dashboards for onboarding, reviews, and document processing—partnering closely with Ops, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to define what’s next.
