Job Summary

Support the Consumer Journey Team in building and scaling a global center of excellence for digital content and asset management. Help optimize content performance across brands and markets, audit owned digital platforms, and contribute to measurement using website analytics and dashboards. Monitor digital trends and emerging platforms, support CRM operating model rollout, and assist with project planning and delivery. Based in central Paris at The Island.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze and optimize digital content performance across brands and markets.
•Support global content and asset production processes, governance, and content best practices across channels.
•Audit and assess owned digital platforms (websites and apps) and contribute to performance tracking and dashboards.
•Monitor digital and content trends and support brand acceleration on new and emerging platforms.
•Contribute to CRM operating model rollout and assist digital experts with project management, planning, and delivery.

Key Requirements

•Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
•First exposure to marketing or digital projects through an internship, apprenticeship, academic projects, or associative experience.
•Strong interest in digital marketing, content, and consumer trends.
•Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple topics proactively.
•Analytical mindset, including a top-line understanding of website analytics (e.g., GA4), social platforms, and CRM platforms; fluency in English required.
