Job Summary

Lead and manage the Test Equipment Integrated Product Team (IPTL) for the Maritime Strike Tomahawk program, driving requirements through development, integration, test, and delivery. Oversee system integration and troubleshooting/failure investigation, generate requirements and verification plans, and manage schedules, budgets, risks, and technical performance. Partner across systems, software, firmware, modeling & simulation, and algorithms to ensure milestone adherence and provide technical guidance and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the TE IPT through the full project lifecycle from requirements through development, integration, and delivery.
•Oversee system integration and conduct troubleshooting and failure investigation activities.
•Generate requirements, statements of work, and verification plans to support program execution.
•Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to align on project goals and objectives and oversee test environment design and integration.
•Manage schedules, budgets, resource requirements, risk mitigation, and technical performance; support proposals and communicate status to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s in STEM and at least 10 years of relevant experience (unless prohibited by local laws/regulations).
•At least 5 years of integration experience including hardware, software and/or firmware.
•Experience with software languages such as Java, C, C++, and scripting languages such as Python and/or Perl, plus MATLAB scripts for data analysis.
•Raytheon Program Manager Level 6 Certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months).
•Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship is required.
