Key Responsibilities

•Partner with team leads to build high-performing, engaged teams and provide ongoing guidance on leadership, culture, and organizational topics
•Own and coordinate manager lifecycle moments, including onboarding, offboarding, role changes, team transitions, performance conversations, and organizational changes
•Ensure compliance with Dutch labour law and internal policies, collaborating with legal advisors as needed; oversee sensitive employee-relations topics
•Lead and support development of Works Council in collaboration with People Operations
•Drive strategic People initiatives across performance, development, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and organizational design, while managing scope, stakeholders, and budget
•Utilize people data, feedback, and business insights to identify risks, opportunities, and inform decision-making

Key Requirements

•Senior HR / People Partner experience with hands-on leadership partnering and employee relations
•Experience in a fast-growing, international technology environment supporting growth and change
•Strong coaching and advisory skills
•Proven experience running core people processes: performance reviews, development cycles, goal setting, feedback, calibration, or manager enablement
•Solid understanding of Dutch employment law and internal policy frameworks, with judgement to involve legal or escalate sensitive cases
