Job Summary

Lead technical implementations and AI-driven automation that streamline CRM administration work, partnering with operations and enablement teams. Translate business needs and user feedback into requirements and Jira stories for Salesforce and connected systems. Drive process improvements, data consolidation, and UAT coordination while maintaining a product roadmap. Occasionally build simple AI/workflow automations and ensure deployments follow data privacy, security, and responsible AI guidelines to reduce manual admin effort.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage implementation and roll-out of new business processes, Salesforce solutions, and AI initiatives.
•Design integration and automation flows to reduce effort, consolidate platform actions, and improve seller data analysis.
•Create and maintain a product roadmap for assigned internal products.
•Gather, understand, and document business requirements, and write IT Agile development Jira stories for Salesforce and automation initiatives.
•Coordinate and execute UAT in sandbox environments, manage testing schedules, and help troubleshoot integration issues between platforms.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of direct experience in product management, sales support, or overseeing the development of software solutions.
•Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field (preferred).
•Experience translating business needs and user feedback into requirements and Jira stories for Salesforce and automation initiatives.
•Ability to coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in sandbox environments and manage technical testing schedules.
•Salesforce platform experience (required).
