Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner closely with front-line leaders to strengthen employee relations, engagement, morale, productivity, retention, and workplace culture.
  • •Serve as the primary HR resource for manufacturing and operations leadership, including coaching, conduct/corrective action, investigations, and complaint resolution.
  • •Analyze workforce trends, metrics, and KPIs to identify opportunities to improve retention, turnover, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
  • •Collaborate with leaders on current and future workforce needs, oversee recruiting and pre-employment assessments, partner with staffing agencies, and ensure compliance with federal/state requirements and Affirmative Action goals.
  • •Partner with Learning & Development and HR subject matter experts to deliver initiatives that support employee growth and leadership effectiveness, and support employee communications and workplace safety initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • •Minimum of five years of progressive human resources experience, including employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and safety.
  • •Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and best practices, including employee and labor relations regulations.
  • •Demonstrated success building collaborative relationships and credibility with supervisors, managers, and key stakeholders.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
