Key Responsibilities

•Provide tailored beauty consultations and product recommendations based on each client’s needs.
•Demonstrate product expertise by educating and empowering clients in their beauty journey.
•Stay ahead of beauty trends and share relevant advice that keeps clients coming back.
•Support inventory and merchandising while maintaining a clean, organized, welcoming environment.
•Meet required weekly shift/hour availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays; maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18 - 20.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience providing excellent service and building client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
•Passion for beauty and staying engaged with beauty trends and empowering confidence.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work collaboratively in an inclusive, goal-oriented environment.
•Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
