Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support for installation, operation, and maintenance of control, measurement, and SCADA equipment for engines, compressors, auxiliary equipment, and well facilities.
  • •Test, calibrate, and maintain engine and compressor control equipment including associated PLC and DCS systems.
  • •Test, calibrate, and maintain auxiliary equipment, gas conditioning, well, and associated control equipment.
  • •Review control, measurement, and SCADA information to schedule required operation and maintenance activities and to improve accuracy, integrity, and efficiency.
  • •Perform code compliance and measurement testing/calibration, maintain compliance records, and support responsiveness to system emergencies while coordinating with supervision and engineering organizations.

Key Requirements

  • •An associates degree in engineering technology, electronics or computer science (or related field) and two years of experience in operations, maintenance and troubleshooting gas pipeline facilities; or a high school diploma/GED with three years of related experience.
  • •Ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.
  • •Ability to apply research methods and/or advanced statistical and mathematics.
  • •Basic computer skills to use software applications for developing documents, reports and graphics.
  • •As a Safety-Sensitive position, complete pre and post-employment screenings, including DOT/PHMSA drug testing and motor vehicle record (MVR) background checks.
