Key Responsibilities

  • •Interact with guests, cultivate repeat business, and suggestively sell beverages and menu items
  • •Prepare beverages according to standard recipes and venue specifications and follow control systems
  • •Record equipment failures and safety hazards in the bar log
  • •Serve alcohol responsibly: refuse further service for intoxication and follow local ordinance and venue alcohol policies
  • •Perform opening/running/closing duties, including POS guest checks and payment processing, bartender bank, and pull/check out procedures

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent
  • •Cash handling experience
  • •Must be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques
  • •Ability to pass a pour test and a timed mixology drill
  • •Skill in interpersonal communication and teamwork, including safely dealing with intoxicated guests
