Job Summary

Oversee and optimize shop floor control and production data to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost efficiency. Lead reporting, KPI tracking, and collaboration with engineering and production teams to drive process improvements and data-driven decision making in a jewelry manufacturing environment.

Job Function: Real Estate & Property Management

Key Responsibilities

•Check and confirm production plan to align with shipment plan and factory calendar meeting KPIs for Production and Company.
•Coordinate with Warehouse RM Department to check material readiness to meet production schedule.
•Ensure production lines follow the load plan sequence issued by planning and generate daily/weekly reports to identify efficiency improvements.
•Drive KPIs for the responsible area to ensure on-time delivery with high quality at lowest possible cost; monitor daily/weekly targets.
•Mentor the team to develop competencies, execute assigned projects, and ensure proper maintenance of assets and compliance with applicable laws and codes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Science, Engineering or related field.
•At least 1 year of experience in management/assignment, with supervisor experience preferred.
•At least 3 years of experience in Jewelry Industrial production and data analysis with effective communication.
•Experience in data analysis and generating actionable production reports; ability to drive improvements from data insights.
•Certification in Power BI and Python is an advantage.
