Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all procurement activities within the PMC team for ADNOC projects, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, timelines, budgets, and contractual requirements.
  • •Develop and implement project procurement strategies, including Procurement Plans, Vendor Lists, and long-lead item strategies.
  • •Manage vendor prequalification (AVL), support early engagement for critical/long-lead equipment, and oversee ITTs/RFQs and bid evaluation reports.
  • •Lead technical/commercial bid clarifications, participate in contract negotiations, and make award recommendations.
  • •Oversee supplier performance, expediting and delivery schedules; manage procurement risks and claims; track cost savings/value engineering and validate procurement variation orders; ensure HSE, QA/QC, and ethical procurement compliance with transparency/audit readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • •20+ years’ oil & gas sector experience, including at least 10 years in Procurement Management.
  • •Strong knowledge of ADNOC procurement systems (SAP, ARIBA preferred).
  • •Strong contract negotiation skills and familiarity with ICV compliance requirements.
  • •Risk assessment and supply chain management with commercial/contractual awareness (FIDIC knowledge preferred).
