Engineer - Planning

Develop, review, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 to ensure compliance with RTA specifications and contractual work breakdown structures. Track progress against baselines, analyze schedule risk and time impacts, and identify critical path delays. Coordinate planning with interim milestones, traffic staging, sectional handover, and authority approvals (including NOCs/permits). Prepare master schedules, look-ahead programs, progress reports, and Extension of Time (EOT) claims, while creating recovery and mitigation plans and leading planning meetings with stakeholders.
