Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Root cause inventory accuracy issues and partner with the General/Store Manager to escalate gaps
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, and sales floor recovery/replenishment
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor and support floor set updates
  • •Move dynamically on the sales floor to assess and fulfill needs of the business, team, and guests while supporting safe stockroom standards
