Key Responsibilities

•Perform site material receiving including organizing, material unloading, open box checking, warehousing, recording material receiving status, issuing material receiving certificate and discrepancy report (if any).
•Perform site material issuing and maintain record document in accordance with construction requirement.
•Perform regular material status checking weekly and monthly.
•Disposal surplus construction material and make material handover at the time of mechanical completion.
•Make site material control status report in accordance with project requirement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor or technical diploma degree in relevant disciplines.
•5+ years’ experience in site material control for oil & gas, energy and infrastructure projects, be able to work under pressure to meet challenging objectives. Experience in international engineering company is preferred.
•Technical background is preferred.
•EHS knowhow quality Sense. Good communication and computer skills.
•Fluent speaking and writing in English.
