Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive reference architecture for agent authentication and authorization, including agent lifecycle management, interaction protocols, memory/context handling, and action execution frameworks.
  • •Evaluate and select agent orchestration frameworks, MCP-style tool systems, and policy engines to support secure, governed multi-agent systems.
  • •Own security architecture for agent-to-system and agent-to-agent interactions, including least-privilege authorization, secrets/credential mediation, network egress controls, runtime isolation, and audit evidence.
  • •Embed privacy-by-design and compliance requirements into agent architecture (data governance, consent, data residency, retention) in partnership with Legal/Privacy.
  • •Lead architectural reviews and governance standards for scalability, resiliency, observability, and cost efficiency; mentor engineers; and represent the security/governance posture to executives, enterprise customers, and regulators/standards bodies when relevant.

Salary: USD 248,900 - 360,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •20+ years in software engineering or security architecture with a focus on distributed systems, platform engineering, and enterprise-scale access control.
  • •Deep understanding of agentic AI architecture patterns, including orchestration, tool/function calling, reasoning/planning loops, and multi-agent coordination.
  • •Expert knowledge of IAM, authorization models, and credential/secrets management (e.g., OAuth/OIDC, SAML, workload identity, policy-as-code such as OPA/Rego or Cedar-class engines).
  • •Proven ability to lead ambiguous initiatives across security, product, legal/privacy, and infrastructure teams and influence org-wide standards without direct authority.
  • •Demonstrated capability to operate at both hands-on technical depth and strategic, executive-facing leadership.
