Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the monthly closing process across multiple affiliated entities, including journal entries approval and bank reconciliation review.
  • •Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely vendor payments and collection of outstanding receivables.
  • •Review and approve reconciliations, intercompany expense allocations, month-end closing entries, adjustments, and conduct variance analysis.
  • •Prepare and analyze month-end financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Member’s Equity, Cash Flow) and drive close-process efficiency and automation.
  • •Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls; liaise with internal/external auditors, tax accountants, and regulatory examination teams.

Key Requirements
