Hardscapes Operations Manager

Lead day-to-day hardscapes yard operations by managing yard associates, maintaining safety and organized merchandising displays, and overseeing inventory via cycle counts. Manage and coordinate repairs and replacement for yard equipment (skid steers, wheel loaders, forklifts), ensure excellent loading/unloading, and support hardscape material ordering. Partner with leadership and Field Support to implement emerging technologies and drive continuous improvement, including annual performance reviews.
