Job Summary

Ensure construction work meets project specifications and quality standards by implementing QA/QC plans, procedures, and international quality requirements across site activities. Assist the Project QA/QC Manager in establishing and monitoring the Project Quality Management System (QMS/IMS), reviewing inspection and test plans, coordinating WIRs and test reports, and maintaining document control and quality records. Support HSE initiatives and help drive corrective actions to reduce rejected work.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Project QA/QC Manager or Sr. QA/QC Engineer to implement the quality management system at site per the approved Project Quality Plan and IMS procedures.
•Prepare and manage WIRs, monitor WIRs and test reports, and update the Quality Manager and site teams on status.
•Establish and monitor QA/QC Plans, Method of Statements, and Test Plans before and during the project to meet quality requirements.
•Verify inspections per plan, advise corrective actions to avoid rejection of work, and ensure inspections pass on first submission with a 90% rate.
•Maintain document control and quality records, support HSE initiatives, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of working experience, including 3 years of relevant experience.
•In-depth knowledge of the Quality Management System (QMS) or Integrated Management System (IMS).
•Knowledge of quality standards/specifications including ISO 9001, QCS, SMACNA, ASHRAE, and NFPA.
•ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
•Professional degree in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) or Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001) or ASQC certification (CQM/CQE).
