Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain Level 3/Level 4 project schedules aligned with project requirements and ADNOC standards.
  • •Prepare and maintain the overall project baseline schedule and track actual progress against it to identify delays and impacts.
  • •Produce weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, look-ahead schedules, and management reports.
  • •Perform critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis, and recommend mitigation/recovery actions (including EOT support when required).
  • •Execute earned value management and integration of cost control, planning, progress measurement, and project reporting using Primavera P6.

Key Requirements

  • •10–15 years of experience in project planning and controls.
  • •Strong experience in Oil & Gas EPC/EPCI projects, preferably offshore.
  • •Experience covering the full project lifecycle (engineering through handover).
  • •Experience developing schedules, managing baselines, measuring progress, forecasting, and performing delay/recovery planning.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and strong project reporting/schedule tools knowledge.
