Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary Systems Engineering focal point for the EW program and coordinate cross-functional activities
•Lead the definition, development, and implementation of system architectures, algorithms, and interfaces for EW/Radar capabilities
•Manage configuration, perform functional/timeline analyses, and translate customer requirements into hardware/software specs
•Provide technical directions to multi-disciplinary teams and ensure adherence to SE processes throughout the lifecycle
•Oversee documentation, design reviews, and test plans, plus risk assessments and mitigation strategies

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline (preferably Systems, Electrical, Software Engineering, or Physics) with 10+ years of relevant EW/Radar systems engineering experience
•Experience developing systems engineering artifacts (requirements, specs, ICDs) and V&V plans
•Experience supporting SRR/PDR/CDR/TRR reviews and coordinating across multi-disciplinary teams
•Active, transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship required
•Experience with system-level trades, requirements decomposition, architecture definition, and verification planning in EW/Radar domains
