Key Responsibilities

  • •Audit current contingent worker policies and practices to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • •Design and implement the contingent worker program from the ground up, including governance and classification guidelines.
  • •Assess compliance, misclassification, and operational risk, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • •Develop SOPs for contingent worker intake, onboarding, and offboarding that scale with demand.
  • •Manage day-to-day contingent worker requests, approvals, and system tracking while partnering with Procurement and collaborating with Legal, HR, and Finance.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •5+ years of experience managing contingent workforce, vendor management, or contractor/staffing programs.
  • •Experience building or significantly overhauling a contingent worker program in a high-growth environment.
  • •Strong understanding of worker classification, compliance risk, and contingent labor best practices.
  • •Proven experience partnering with Procurement on vendor and statement-of-work processes, plus hands-on SOP development.
