AI Agentic Prompt Engineer

Design and build AI agentic automation that improves Docusign’s End User Services IT operations. You’ll create and refine AI prompts and agent/tool structures, continuously evaluate agent accuracy and performance, and help deploy solutions that autonomously resolve or triage common IT tickets. Build and maintain integrations across ServiceNow, Okta, Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace using native connectors, webhooks, and custom APIs, applying Zero Trust least-privilege principles throughout.
