Key Responsibilities

  • •Support workplace services to keep offices running smoothly, including maintenance requests, service tickets, and office communications.
  • •Build relationships with external vendors and suppliers and track service performance and quality.
  • •Help track budgets, expenses, supplies, and inventory using data to find cost and process improvement opportunities.
  • •Partner with teams such as Catering, Real Estate & Facilities, EHS, Physical Security, and IT to improve the employee workplace experience.
  • •Own and support projects from start to finish, including office moves, workplace programmes, and regional events.
Travel: Medium travel
