Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the strategy, roadmap, and implementation of the corporate website and customer-facing web applications to ensure alignment with business objectives and results.
  • •Orchestrate the integration of AI into team workflows: identify, test, and deploy tools to accelerate development, content creation, prototyping, and user personalization.
  • •Develop an SEO and content strategy optimized for large language models to ensure digital content visibility to humans and IA systems.
  • •Lead and mentor a Web developers team (full stack) using the latest Web and AI technologies, setting performance standards and fostering professional growth.
  • •Collaborate with design and UI teams to evolve the component library and design system, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness across all digital touchpoints.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in Web app development management, digital product management, or content architecture, ideally in a SaaS B2B environment
  • •Experience with React, Next.js, web infrastructure, intuitive programming tools (vibe-coding), PostgreSQL databases and the Medallion architecture
  • •Proven track record integrating AI tools into development/content workflows (e.g., Cursor, Lovable, Bolt)
  • •Experience in SEO optimization, performance optimization, structured data, and ML-driven content strategies
  • •Experience managing technical teams and cross-functional initiatives across product, design, and marketing
