Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify where flag decisions should integrate with observability signals (e.g., rollout gating, anomaly-triggered rollback, experiment diagnostics) and ship the roadmap.
  • •Partner with observability, RUM, and APM teams to make flags a real signal across the platform.
  • •Design modern flagging workflows for agentic development, defining what an AI-native flagging platform should look like.
  • •Ground product decisions in CI/CD, release cycles, and observability tooling; reason about server vs. client compute tradeoffs and browser vs. native behavior.
  • •Drive end-to-end vision through GTM execution, including documentation and developer experience, and participate directly in enterprise deal cycles.

Key Requirements

  • •+5 years working closely with engineering teams, ideally with experience as an engineer, owning a product area end to end.
  • •+2 years writing code that shipped to production through a full release cycle, with hands-on knowledge of CI/CD, flagging, and observability tools.
  • •Strong technical understanding of software architecture, including server vs. client compute tradeoffs and differences between browser and native apps.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication, able to read fast, write clearly, and collaborate with engineers as a peer.
  • •B2B experience helping close deals and diagnosing enablement gaps across a sales organization, with AI fluency shipping with agentic tools.
