Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training; maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and assets.
  • •Lead Operations Associates through the shift, ensuring safety and productivity and serving as the escalation point for daily operations.
  • •Guide warehouse and kitchen tasks, support day-to-day operations, and maintain a positive, safe atmosphere for customers and team members.
  • •Support operations in both warehouse and kitchen, engage in professional interactions, and lead by example to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
  • •Suggest and contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
