Part Time Universal Banker- 20 Hours- Oakland

Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions while delivering a high-quality in-branch client experience. Educate customers on digital self-service options such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Support sales activities through outbound calling and lead/referral of opportunities, while partnering with teams to support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Follow internal controls, risk management, and operational procedures, including assisting with new account openings and problem resolution.
