Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform leadership duties including hiring, goal setting, feedback, performance improvement planning, and inclusive workplace culture.
  • •Oversee safe planning, coordination, compliance, and management of gas and electric operations activities, including routine maintenance and emergency work.
  • •Serve as ultimate decision-maker during life-threatening emergencies involving facilities, people, and property.
  • •Oversee gas inspection maintenance and management system (GIMMS) usage and identify system reliability gaps and corrections.
  • •Manage customer interactions by resolving concerns and complaints, coordinating with supply chain for logistics/material planning, and maintaining union relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of experience in large electric construction, gas and electric operations, project management, or related work.
  • •3 years supervisory experience or equivalent.
  • •Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in business, engineering, or a related area.
  • •Valid driver's license and ability to work within 40 minutes of an operating center in the zone(s) of responsibility.
  • •Knowledge of safety rules and applicable utility codes/regulations, plus demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
