Key Responsibilities

•Proactively develop and maintain relationships with an assigned customer base, including key accounts, to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
•Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements.
•Review and modify work orders for accuracy of scope, clarity, required dates, customer contact information, and product availability.
•Contact customers to schedule pre-site, delivery, and installation; update the installation calendar with pertinent job conditions.
•Be the point of contact for questions, concerns, or complaints; write credit memos and sales orders for returns and rescheduled appointments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15 - 39.14 hourly

Key Requirements

•Prior installation coordinating experience is strongly preferred.
•Ability to apply expert-level product and installation knowledge.

•Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
