Job Summary

Operate a variety of production machines on the Pratt & Whitney ceramic coat line during the Weekend Day Shift (AWW1). Train and become proficient in auxiliary equipment standard work groups, perform routine production operations, and produce blades and/or vanes with required quality checks. Execute daily standard work, preventative maintenance, and 5S housekeeping, including clocking labor in Solumina.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate production machines, train, and become proficient/certified across at least two auxiliary equipment standard work groups.
•Perform routine operations on the production line to produce blades and/or vanes while completing required quality checks.
•Perform daily standard work and adhere to standard work and work instructions during tasks.
•Clock labor in Solumina and perform daily Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) with documentation.
•Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness following 5S and support other tasks within the role scope as needed.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma / GED
•U.S. citizenship is required (U.S. Person requirements)
•Previous manufacturing experience or education or Advanced Manufacturing Certification
•Ability to operate a variety of production machines and train to become proficient and certified in auxiliary equipment standard work groups
•Ability to perform shift work and work overtime when needed
