Job Summary

Own and manage core investment governance processes and documentation, ensuring consistent delivery, clear audit trails, and strengthened resilience across the investment function. Coordinate governance activity across investment teams and Group stakeholders, embed continuous improvements to investment processes, and partner with Technology to enhance automated workflows and process controls. Provide analytical and coordination support for investment decision-making, support KPI delivery, and maintain up-to-date governance materials and intranet content.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and manage core investment governance processes and documents, ensuring consistency, rigour, timely delivery, and clear audit trails.
•Maintain and refresh governance documentation, including Terms of Reference and related governance artefacts.
•Coordinate investment governance activity across the investment function, Quilter Cheviot, and relevant Group stakeholders.
•Support, embed, and continuously improve investment processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing practical, scalable improvements (including AI enhancements).
•Partner with Technology teams to design and enhance automated workflows and process controls, and support investment decision-making through structured analytical and coordination support.

Key Requirements

•Experience in investment governance, investment operations, risk, compliance, governance or a related financial services environment.
•Strong understanding of governance processes, control frameworks, audit trails, and process documentation.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate stakeholders, and drive activity through to completion.
•Confidence working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, including Risk, Compliance, Governance, Technology, Marketing and Communications.
•Analytical capability, attention to detail, and clear communication for maintaining governance materials and process collateral.
