Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain, file, and organize office and festival paperwork, and create and maintain show files for travel needs and moves.
  • •Aid in the travel planning and approval process and serve as a secondary point of contact for travel inquiries.
  • •Support communications between Insomniac and third-party travel vendors, including maintaining vendor relations and coordinating with departments to meet travel needs.
  • •Support accounting activities related to travel (e.g., credit card authorizations and reconciliation reports) and provide support for an online booking tool to end users.
  • •Support data analysis for travel history and reports, and train and onboard team members, clients, vendors, and partners as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19 - 25 hourly
