Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and enhance AI products for business units, focusing on customer impact and value.
  • •Support responsible AI adoption at scale by helping define metrics and benchmarks for AI governance practices.
  • •Provide guidance to value streams and teams as they develop AI use cases, including defining requirements, objectives, and success metrics.
  • •Lead development and deployment of reusable data and AI platform capabilities across business teams to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • •Analyze AI product performance using KPIs, provide actionable insights, and help implement MLOps frameworks and continuous improvement practices.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of end-to-end AI/ML solution development, architecture design, or related work, ideally in financial services or technology.
  • •Hands-on expertise in Python, Spark, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • •Experience deploying generative AI/LLMs integrated with software applications, including models like OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, and Mistral, plus orchestration frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
  • •Proven experience deploying AI solutions at scale in production, working with big data and multiple databases/data lakes.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across business, technical, and stakeholder teams, with strong analytical/problem-solving abilities.
