Job Summary

Supervise employees within an assigned shift and oversee day-to-day post processing operations. Lead training and coaching for team members, monitor performance, and provide feedback. Plan and coordinate daily production schedules, labels, and manufacturing orders based on inventory and customer demand. Ensure product quality by inspecting outputs and adjusting settings, while safely operating and maintaining concrete handling equipment. Handle troubleshooting, maintenance, mold management, reporting, and issue escalation to the Plant Manager.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise employees within an assigned shift and oversee day-to-day post processing team operations.
•Train, coach, and monitor team members; provide feedback and support process changes.
•Prepare daily production schedules, labels, and manufacturing orders based on inventory and customer demand.
•Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot concrete handling equipment; perform machine clean-up and setup for product changes.
•Inspect product quality to standards, manage mold management, maintain production reporting and records, and escalate equipment malfunctions and quality issues to the Plant Manager.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED (or equivalent training, experience, and education).
•Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with employees and managers.
•Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, in-person, and by telephone.
•Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical reasoning skills.
•Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Tableau, Infor OS Cloud, and Salesforce is preferred.
