Key Responsibilities

  • •Color-match, mix paint, and airbrush vehicles.
  • •Perform automotive reconditioning work in Carvana Inspection Centers.
  • •Follow schedules and support delivery of vehicles when expected.
  • •Participate as a team player, including working mandatory overtime based on business needs.
  • •Use state-of-the-art tools and safety equipment during vehicle painting tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 1 year of professional automotive painting experience.
  • •Be able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
  • •Work in a fast-paced production environment and sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Must use safety equipment and be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
